Terms of use
Tonightly Skin is a skincare education and routine-organization service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace a dermatologist, prescriber, pharmacist, or other qualified clinician. Purchased routines receive a limited consistency review; this is not a medical evaluation or individualized medical care.
Use of routines
Follow product labels and prescription instructions. Do not use Tonightly to start, stop, or change a prescription. Patch test new products, introduce one change at a time, and stop using a product that causes a concerning reaction.
Customers who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding should confirm retinoid and prescription-product use with their own prescriber or obstetric clinician. The organizer may exclude uncertain products but cannot determine individual safety.
Purchase
The $12 purchase is a one-time personalized digital-service purchase, not a subscription. After confirmed payment, the complete routine is sent to the email used at checkout within one business day. Routines depend on the information the customer enters; incomplete or misclassified products can affect the output. Customers must use an email they can access and should not submit information belonging to another person without permission.
Service availability
Tonightly may update its routine rules, product categories, delivery format, price, or availability. A purchase is governed by the price and service description shown at checkout. We may contact a customer when submitted information is incomplete or cannot be organized safely.
