TONIGHTLY SKIN POLICY
Privacy policy
Tonightly Skin helps adults in the United States organize skincare products they already own into a routine. Draft answers stay on the customer’s device. When a customer chooses a paid routine, the site asks for consent before securely submitting the customer’s email, routine answers, product list, generated schedule, and rule-based safety notes.
Information we avoid collecting
We do not ask for photographs, full dates of birth, street addresses, diagnoses, medical records, insurance information, or emergency information. The routine builder asks a limited pregnancy, trying-to-conceive, or breastfeeding safety question so it can exclude retinoids when appropriate. Customers may choose “Prefer not to say.”
Payments and support
Payments are processed by Stripe. Tonightly Skin does not receive or store full payment-card details. A non-sensitive routine reference connects the submitted routine to the matching Stripe payment. If a customer contacts support, we may receive the name, email address, message, and information the customer chooses to include.
How information is used
We use submitted information to generate, review, deliver, support, and improve the service; reconcile payment; prevent misuse; and meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information or use routine answers for targeted advertising. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Customer choices
Customers can leave before paid submission and their draft will remain device-local. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, subject to records we must keep for legal or transaction purposes.
